We offer various services including digital courses, coaching sessions, downloadable resources and newsletters. All descriptions are subject to change without notice.

3. Registration, account & payment

  • If you purchase a course or coaching service, you may need to register for an account and provide valid payment information.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information.

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to comply with their terms as well.

  • All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy (if applicable).

4. Use of the Site and restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display or exploit any content from the Site except as expressly permitted.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, the Site, or its related systems.

  • Send spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited messages.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, downloadable resources) is the property of Self Rooted Way or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.   • The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

  • We do not guarantee any specific results from using our courses, coaching or resources. You accept that you are responsible for your own progress and outcome.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Self Rooted Way, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or licensors be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Self Rooted Way and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or services or your violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Site or services, in whole or part, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site or services will immediately cease.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines (including but not limited to the Data Privacy Act of 2012). You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes.

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

  • Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right.

  • These Terms (together with any additional terms, conditions and policies posted on the Site) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and services.
